What would you pursue if you knew you couldn’t fail?

My husband asked me this recently… it was actually tough to find a solid answer, but I found it… how would you answer? What would you do? Ask out the guy you’ve been eyeing? Start your business? Start your diet? Renovate your house? Apply for that promotion? Or maybe quit your current job to pursue a profession that would truly fulfill you? I’m dying to know… you don’t have to leave your name- even if you just comment anonymously, sometimes the first step is just to see it in writing… from there, the possibilities could be endless…

I've been thinking about this for a week now. I'm contemplating law school. I just need a good shove in the right direction.

Open my own coffee shop and next door having my own thrift store. That would be grand... Or maybe a coffee shop in the middle of a thrift store. lol

That's a really good question! If I knew I couldn't fail, I would quit my current job and fully pursue my crafting-creative dream! If only...

this questions scares and inspires me. it scares me because it makes me think 'why don't i just DO IT and pretend like i can't fail?'

but anyways... i would begin writing full-time. and i would stop making excuses for why i am not writing full-time or part-time.

Hollie, I've always envied people who have the smarts and the drive to go to law school. My best friend is going next year and I"m so excited for her!!

Amy- NYC is so fun! I have lots of friends who live there and they're always looking to sublet apartments when they're on tours, so let me know if you really do decide to go and might be homeless! :)

Kris, that sounds so similar to my own dream! Maybe they'll both come true!

Anzouya, wouldn't it be great?!

Leslie, I think you're such a wonderful writer. I hope you get the chance to do it part or even full time some day.

Echo, sounds awesome!! I love spooky novels!

I love this question. I've actually been pondering it because it came up in a book that I've been reading.

I would open a handmade/ vintage boutique and tea room.
Absolutely. No doubt.

And I'd be a successful musician on the side.

Easy peasy, right?

Visiting from the above commenter's post about your post, lol. I'm also an Oklahomie.

Now, to this questoin: IF I COULD NOT FAIL I would try to learn the piano, again. I've quit so many times. I want to play it so badly. Maybe not the most profound answer, but it's the only thing I'm scared to try, again.

Oh golly. I think that's a good question to ask people. I would write a novel. I've been in the middle of one for 5 years. :/

Oh I just love this post! It's such a simple and hard question. Like leslie a. knight said- its kinda scary! But I would write a book, quit my job, go back to school (for art or baking)... so much! (And probably ask that guy out lol : )
