Well, sorta. Oklahoma has this annoying way of NOT having a fall season until November or so. And while Fall temperatures might be a month away, the fall season will officially hit today! Fall is my absolute favorite season and I’m super excited about all the fun activities to come! Some of my favorites?
Going to the State Fair!
Pumpkin Picking and carving!
(Ryan’s pumpkin had a Batman mouth, mine was a vampire skeleton, and Lucy’s was a bone!)
Apple treats (caramel apples, apple cider, and apple pie are my favorites!)
Pumpkin Ale!
And of course, my favorite thing about Fall (or the ENTIRE year!) HALLOWEEN!!!
It’s really embarrassing how much I love Halloween. I just love all things creepy! I won’t even get a chance to dress up this year (unless someone is having a costume party and wants to invite me…. and no, I’m not above soliciting Halloween Party invites online. Take that as you will.)

The weather is the same here in Texas. I get all bummed when it's October and still 80 degrees.

I'm so excited about Fall... Everyday I ask Coy "can I decorate the house in Fall stuff yet?". He has decided to make me wait till Oct 1st thought. He says it's because it makes it more official. I can't wait!!

Fall is my very favorite time of year. Sweaters, tights, boots, the changing leaves, pumpkins, fall cooking... hooray!
I still dress up for Halloween every year. My friends and I always have a big crazy party. You're welcome to join us... but it's kind of a trip ;)
I hate that Okie doesn't have seasons. Virginia was the best for fall. A dream really! Cute punkies!

fall is my favorite too! and I'm going to be spending october surrounded by pumpkin: pumpkin lattes, pumpkin spice muffins, pumpkin ale, pumpkin picking, pumpkin carving, pumpkin pie....bring it!
