Channeling Joan

On the request (demand) of many of you, I started watching Mad Men- from episode one, season one. And as predicted, I’m officially addicted. My favorite character? Joan, obviously.

So today I’m doing my best Joan and wearing a curve-hugging dress, coral lips, and of course a pouf on the crown of my head. Because there are some days when you just have to ask, “What Would Joan Do?”

You can find the wonderful What Would Joan Do series on Miss Christina Alessi's blog!

Have a great Wednesday!

Leah- YOU would love it!! Anyone who loves vintage fashion is automatically going to be smitten!

Thank you, Mary! The fabric is what caught my eye initially!

According to my boyfriend, Christina Hendricks, the actress who plays Joan, is the most beautiful and sexy woman in the world. He is in love with her curves, which I love about him, as it once again proves that he doesn't prefer the unhealthy, stick-thin Hollywood ideal.

I showed him this post, and he said, "Wow, she looks just like Christina Hendricks!" Great, now I have competition! LOL!

SQUEAL!!! I'm so glad you have started it. I knew you would LOVE IT!!

PS thanks for the shoutout.
I'm so sad that my design got pulled from Zazzle. I have to look into it and have been putting it off.

Also, you look amazing. I love the dress.
